The hut is located at the foot of the south slope of the southern ridge of the Madriu valley (at the foot of Pic de Sirvent, Col de Perafita and Col de Claror). From the Nordic ski station of Cap del Rec: Large parking area near [->5523]. A track open to vehicles from May to November leads up to the Pollineres parking area (free hut, nice picnic area, fountain). From there, follow the track or the marked trail that runs close to the stream. You can visit the beautiful Estany Gran de la Pera before reaching the hut on its plateau. You can also obviously walk from Cap del Rec via a trail that cuts through the woods to join the track to the Pradell hut (especially when the track is closed to traffic). From the Nordic ski station of Aransa: A track open to vehicles from May to November leads up to the Pollineres parking area (free hut, nice picnic area, fountain). From there, same as above. You can also obviously walk from Aransa (especially when the track is closed to traffic).
