The Estiva refuge is an unguarded cabin located in the municipality of Aínsa, in Huesca. It is situated in the Pineta valley.

Access

From the bottom of the Pineta valley, take the road towards Espierba, then a long track follows that climbs to the alpine pasture where the refuge is located. From the [->8633], it can also be reached by following the GR11.

Good to know

Indoor equipment: 1 fireplace, 1 mezzanine with wooden flooring (wooden ladder for access). Water: a captured spring supplies a large basin 50 m below the refuge (see photo).
