Coordinates: 582810 / 131940 By cable car from Col du Pillon or from Reusch, the hut is then a 5-minute walk from the intermediate station (www.glacier3000.ch) On foot: from Col du Pillon via Pierre-Pointes and Vire-aux-Dames (2h30); from Reusch via Bödeln, Oldenegg and Vallon Entre-la-Reille (4h). In winter: only from Reusch or by cable cars.
Numerous climbing routes nearby. It is located in the middle of the Glacier 3000 ski area. Outside of staffed periods: the hut is only open in the presence of the guardian. There is no emergency room or winter room. Summer: the hut opens from June to September, depending on the weather. Winter: if the weather and ski lifts allow it: the hut is open from December 31, 2021 to May 2022. Currently: the health pass and sleeping bag are still mandatory. 220V electric lighting, showers.
