Motorway A9, exit number 3. Take the cantonal road towards Mathod/Yverdon. Turn towards Valeyres-sous-Rances. 600 metres after the turn, take a small road to the right and continue to the Vuavre wood.
No reservation possible. Small shelter, stone table outside and fireplace. Three wooden tables seating 8-10 people each inside (about 20 square metres). Broom and fireplace hooks available (January 2014), still functional in 2023. Abundant wood in the forest around the cabin.
