In winter, it takes 2 hours on snowshoes from Fouillouse while climbing towards the pas de la Coulettacrire.
The hut is in very good condition. HOWEVER: The ground floor is reserved for shepherds during the summer grazing period, only the loft remains available, with no heating or anything other than a mattress! Outside the summer grazing period: A table, chairs, a stove and a folding double bed. It is possible to place 3 additional mattresses on the floor. There is no water source or firewood nearby. Two plastic pipes emerge from the stream a few meters from the hut: water must be treated if necessary.
