Couserans, Les Bordes-sur-Lez, Ayer, Ribérot valley, Pla de la Lau car park 930m (Maison du Valier): Follow the red/white marked path indicating Mont Valier/Les Estagnous, you arrive at a junction, before crossing the stream, take the yellow marked path on the right, which will steepen, it climbs towards Peyralade/Barlonguère passing near multiple small waterfalls worth seeing. You will pass slightly below the Peyralade hut, continue south on the path that climbs towards the Pic de Barlonguère. The path then turns east to climb gently towards the Port de Barlonguère and the hut, which you will reach just before it. From the [->5434]: You descend to the Étang Rond, climb the south bank to reach the Étang Long, which you cross on the left bank (cable in places) to climb to the Port de Barlonguère, which you cross to descend directly to the hut below.
Solid pastoral hut. Occupied in summer by the shepherd, open in his absence, use in compliance with the written instructions inside.
