From the Pla de Lau parking area, follow the GR Transfrontalier trail markings (direction refuge des Estagnous). The cabin is along the path, 3 hours from the parking area.
Two doors, but the wall between the two rooms is missing and replaced by a tarp. Cabin in poor condition, the refuge is only one hour's walk away. A fireplace, a lower bunk for 3, a spring, no wood. It is possible to sleep upstairs (but no ladder).
