Access

From the Pla de la Lau, follow the GR10 to the Cap des Lauses, then head southeast. 100 m after the Taus hut, take the path to the left which quickly leads to the Espugues. From the Refuge des Estagnous, climb to the Col de Pécouch, pass the Étang de Milouga, then follow the path northwards. From the Lac de Bethmale or the Col de la Core, reach the Eychelle hut, climb to the Col de la Crouzette (2237 m); it is then a matter of descending.
