Access

From the Pla de Lau car park, follow the GR10 markings eastwards. After a long 3-hour climb (1000m), at Cap de Lauses, 1892m, turn right onto the yellow-marked PR path for 15 minutes. From the [->5693], the path is marked yellow northwards, quickly leaving the Col de la Crouzette path and following the north-west oriented trail.
