Good to know

Clean building in two parts. Sleeping area upstairs on a wooden floor or two berths downstairs. A wobbly table and two benches, a stove, a broom, a handleless shovel. Water 10 minutes away: spring [->1444] at the very start of the descent to Châtillon, access to the spring is dangerous or impossible in winter. Firewood 1/2 hour away, bring a saw for dead trees.
