Access

Access from Corscia via a narrow footpath locally marked and irregularly cairned, leading to the old shepherd's hut of Liccioghia (see corresponding sheet). Then a steep climb to the NNE, through the maquis, with a few cairns leading to a flat area (cross, marked on IGN map). From there, head NW on a good forest trail towards Galghello. Access is also possible from the Île-Rousse-Corte hiking trail, which you leave heading east at the Serra Piana pass (unmarked ridge route, but obvious), then descend visually once near the Capo di Lino.

Good to know

Disused shepherd's hut still maintained, as it occasionally serves as shelter for hunters, breeders, etc. from Corscia. 3 basic foam mattresses on old bed frames, some crockery. Please respect the place! Roof in poor condition.
