Refuge supervised in July-August. No catering. Old alpine chalet renovated and converted into a refuge in 1970. "All comfort" equipment. Check opening hours or collect keys from Michel Coudray (information to be confirmed) from 5 euros to 10 euros per night. 25 beds in guardian mode, 27 beds in self-service mode, divided into 2 dormitories. Blankets, running water, kitchen area, crockery available, heating. No showers, no washbasins, no toilets, pets not allowed. Do not confuse with the refuge located to the south, on the other side of the Aiguille de Varan.
