The Refuge des Fontanettes is a privately-run guarded mountain hut located in the commune of Le Bouchet-Mont-Charvin, in Haute-Savoie. It is open during the summer season.

At the Fontanettes locality, starting from Le Bouchet-Mont-Charvin and the departmental road 162, heading towards La Savatte and Mont Charvin. After a few bends, you reach the Chandoches car park at the end of the tarmac road. From there, the Fontanettes are a 30-minute walk away (91 metres of elevation gain!). You can also reach the Fontanettes by car by continuing on the well-maintained dirt track.
Open every day from early May to late September. Bar, restaurant serving mountain specialities. Accommodation for 19 people in two dormitories. Full board: from €45 per person. Half board: from €26 per person. Payment by cheque or cash, no credit cards. Languages spoken: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish.
