An easy forest path, wide and shaded, or a more exposed trail along a cliff edge, equipped with chains for safety in its steepest section. -The path from the foot of the Crêt (easiest route) 2h15 - 740 m elevation gain From the village of Samoëns, head towards Les Allamands via Les Moulins, following the Clévieux stream. Park in the first parking area: the foot of the Crêt (889 m). At the back of the car park, take the woodland path leading to a clearing. Head south, cross a bridge, then follow the trail through the forest. When your path crosses a stream, often dry, with a footbridge (1236 m), less than half the route remains... -The Crêt path (more exposed) 2h00 - 560 m elevation gain After passing the Pied du Crêt car park, park in the second car park: Crêt on the left (997 m). Take the path to the right which leads to a farm (drinkable water at the basin). The path continues towards an exposed section under the Tuet slabs, equipped with chains. The trail then continues through the woods to rejoin the other path just before the footbridge.
