Access

Starting from a parking area just before La Navette, the trail begins with a forest track. Family walk. Accessible from the hamlet of Rif du Sap, via Le Chapeau, for fit hikers.

Good to know

Pretty Aup valley very popular with locals for Sunday walks. Intermittent-flow fountain opposite the closed forestry house, before La Navette. Ruined village with educational panels on mountain life. Only the chapel has been restored by a local association. Traditional flock of sheep with patous.
