From the Ubac and the chalets of Prentics. The roof is visible from the trail leading to the col de Pétarel. After passing it, and seeing a fountain (black pipe) on the left below, a turn to the right leads there. A fountain with a good flow is located a few meters from the hut.
Small renovated alpine hut. Inside, a stove, 1 table, benches and bunk beds (3 places) with foam mattresses and a synthetic sleeping bag. Kitchen utensils and plenty of wood.
