From Lescun, take the road towards the caillou du curé, continue to the Masousa parking lot at the Lamareich bridge and leave the car there. The brave can drive 2km further on a track to the Lamary bridge parking lot, the others will walk. Then take the small track for 1 hour leading to the D'Ansabère cabins. At a flat area, at 1363m, leave the track to the right. The cabin is 100m away.
Simple shelter with a watertight tin roof but no insulation. The area is suitable for bivouacking: it is flat, there is water and plenty of cut wood.
