From the Chanin chalet take the horizontal path that follows the contour line to go into the Coirnavan valley, pass by the Chanin spring and climb opposite (50 m), the cabin is clearly visible. The path that descends below the cabin on the IGN map would be unusable, not tried but it seemed completely unused.
Semi-circular tin cabin to be renovated (walls no longer join). 2 mattresses, old stove (poor condition), various odds and ends. Would require some work to prevent it from disappearing. Failing that, it can serve as a shelter in case of a storm.
