Chalet renovated in 2007. Sleeping area upstairs, space for 7/8, 10 if squeezed. Nearby streams. Always open. Sometimes occupied in August by one or more shepherds. The thermal insulation of the loft is poor due to air leaks (base of the roof): the stove's heat escapes upwards...unless many people sleep there and the "stable effect" compensates. Downstairs, however, 3 double-glazed windows and an efficient stove (with 2 cooking spots). Outdoor fixed table. Inventory updated 07/2023: A table with benches. At least 10 pots and pans (+ one cauldron), numerous utensils including 2 ladles, 2 saws (07/2023), 2 axes (seen in 07/2023), one broom (seen in 07/2023), one snow shovel (seen in 07/2023), one pair of "crocs" (seen in 07/2023), 6 mattresses (2 double and 4 single) (seen in 07/2023), ~8 blankets (seen in 07/2023). The spelling "Chalet du Marret" appears on most signs and maps. However, the guestbook and the hut's entrance display "Les Meurets"
