Bivouac located at the foot of the NW rocky spur of Roccia Viva. From Valnontey, go up the valley following the marked path 22, after 6Km you reach the foot of the difficulties, after crossing the large torrent (huge) on the bridge (impassable without the bridge) to cross to the right bank, continue on the path, leave the fork leading uphill to Alpe Money on the left, leave the fork for the Borghi bivouac on the right and continue on the marked path 22E. This path climbs a steep moraine slope, a steeper section where you need to use your hands leads to a flat area at the foot of another moraine blocking the path. The path then turns SE (parallel to the moraine) and climbs a final steep section where you suddenly come face to face with the bivouac you hadn't seen coming ... If the valley bottom bridge is "out of service", this information would be displayed in Valnontey on the directional signs. You can then take the path via Alpe Money (path 22C from Valnontey) to rejoin the valley floor and find the path leading up to the bivouac (I have taken this loop to see both sides, via Money, no problem crossing the small streams encountered).
Interior equipment: 6 berths with mattresses and blankets (the upper berths can be folded down to allow sitting). Water: No water nearby, be prepared. From this bivouac, you can see: The [->6723]. The Money bivouac, The Borghi bivouac.
