From Gimillan (above Cogne): take path N°8, which ascends the Vallone del Grauson to the Passo Invergneux, then turn left onto the well-marked path N°8G for about one hour to reach the bivouac. From the Vallon d'Urtier: cross the Passo d'Invergneux, locate the bivouac to the north in good visibility, then follow a short steep ascent northeast, passing east of the Laghi Doreire and crossing the Torrent Doreire to join the uphill path of the Vallon de Grauson.
Indoor equipment: 2 tables and 2 benches, very good insulation, 10 wide very comfortable mattresses (can accommodate more than 10 people if needed), snow shovel and broom.
