Access

In Gressoney-la-Trinité, on the left bank, a trail starts from the hamlet Tache towards Edelbode and Spelmannsberg, then ascends the valley where the Netschobach flows (cabled passage to cross a small grassy barrier), up to the rocky terrace where the half-barrel metal structure is installed, painted red and white and lined inside. This represents a 1000 m elevation gain.

Good to know

- good insulation - stove - table, benches - unreliable water supply (snow patches)
