Do not try to park higher than Praz-de-Fort: there is NO space. Warning: it seems honest to point out that the ascent to Saleinaz involves sections on polished slabs and safety equipment. However, the passage through the slab area has been greatly facilitated by the installation in 2013 of steel steps of via ferrata type. The route is much simplified and the passage that used to deter some people can now be tackled in a safe and reassuring manner.
