Access

From Salau: continue on the road to the South, at the 2nd hairpin bend (signpost), continue on the track towards the Southwest to the place called "Plagnau Long 1265m", cross the stream and continue on a good path that will cross a boxwood forest. At the exit of the forest, you will arrive at the summer pasture and the Pastoral Cabin, which is on the left against a rocky outcrop.

Good to know

There is a water collector located on the edge of the path a little above the Cabin. The old cabin (with a shepherd and hiker section) was destroyed during the winter of 2013. The cabin was rebuilt for "Jean the shepherd" and the valley's breeders. Cabin works were funded by Europe, the State and the commune of Oust.
