From Le Castelet, follow the GRP markings (yellow / red) that pass under the new Ax bypass. It then goes along a gently ascending track. The track ends and the markings lead along a very steep trail through the forest. The Bisort hut is located along the trail at about 1275 m.
Small hut open all year round, in a forest along a stream. Very basic and in poor condition, it has a table, a bench, a fireplace and a low bunk. Three single mattresses (barely enough for more than three people). Large stove, grills for cooking.
