Access

Most commonly via the W / WNW ridge of Mont Fourcat, from Croquié and the Col de Traucadou. Alternatively via the NE ridge of Fourcat (very windy, cornices in winter). The summit must therefore be crossed from the Prat Moussu cabin, via the Coulobre.

Good to know

This cabin is occupied by shepherds during the summer grazing season. Fourcat quickly catches bad weather and visibility can be problematic in winter... however, with snow, water is abundant!
