A metal/wooden bed frame with some ferns on it, a table, two chairs, a fireplace, a window with a broken pane (but can be closed with an iron shutter. Not very large (6 to 8m²) but in good condition. You need to push a little on the door at the bottom to open it. There are some matches (and a surprise for the next hikers).
