The winter refuge of the Goûter is an unguarded hut located near Les Houches, in Haute-Savoie. It is managed by Antoine Rattin and Emma Bontaz.

From the [->1047], which can be reached from Saint-Gervais-les-Bains by the Mont-Blanc tramway, follow the trail leading to the [->328]. Near the refuge, climb the ridge and head towards the [->10584] and cross it (WARNING: deadly danger from permanent rockfalls!!). Climb the Aiguille du Goûter (cables) to reach the winter refuge, 5 hours of access. The winter refuge was adjacent to the [->10585] dismantled in July 2026 and is located 100m north of the [->335].
Open only outside the [->335] guard period (from late May to early October). The winter refuge is therefore open from early October to late May. The [->10585] is dismantled in early July 2026 to be rebuilt in the thermal park of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
