After Lac Rond, take the path that goes up on the left, indicated on the map. The entrance is found right at the end of this path. There is a second entrance a little lower than this one, also accessible by a trail.
This appears to be an old bunker (a Maginot Line fortification that was never completed). At the entrance, there is a small space exposed to light that can serve as a refuge for one person. When descending the stairs, you come across a small network of tunnels and rooms with a few bunk beds for the more daring. It might be useful in bad weather, even for a large group (about ten people).
