Count about one hour from the Carrette cabin, heading southeast.
A must in its category. In addition to the usual equipment (bunk beds, stove, table, benches), you will find mattresses, blankets, dishes, board games (including a homemade one), and a water collector for cold shower enthusiasts. The water collector no longer seems to work properly due to the connection system with storage tanks and valves. It is best not to rely on it until further notice. Dead and dry wood is very rare in this area!! Cutting green trees is harmful: the wood burns poorly, the surrounding forest is sparse and does not need to be degraded. There is plenty of it when descending to the clearing, near the trail junction.
