From the Corrençon cross-country ski center, follow the GR 91 south for a few minutes. Then take a left onto a yellow/green marked trail starting near a chalet. Ignore other paths to the left and right until an intersection at around 1340 m ("R" and arrow carved into a tree trunk, orange marker and cairn). Then take a path heading southeast. Public transport access: Bus departing from Grenoble SNCF train station Line: 5100 + VIL07 stop HAUTS PLATEAUX (change in Villard-de-Lans) Company: Transisère. Timetables at http://www.transisere.fr/
Basic hut. 10/2024: Mattresses in poor condition (4 places when squeezed together). A small fireplace (repaired and restored in October 2011 by cavers), a small table, and a shelf with some dishes. 08/2024: 2 saws. 12/2022: 1 small axe, 3 foam mattresses starting to crumble, 3 emergency blankets, pots and pans in poor condition, charred and deformed. No water nearby. In summer, water may be found in a cooler 100 m south of the hut.
