Beyond the Pré Molard refuge, follow the north face of the hill facing you. The trail then starts climbing to reach the col-like area east of the Pointe St-Mury. From there, you can see the Habert on the opposite spur. Cross the couloir descending from the Sitre. Watch out for snow accumulations on the last part of the crossing where it is north-facing. Then take the balcony that appears in the rocks. You can then descend to the Habert. See photo below
This is a shepherd's shelter, so occupied during the season and closed otherwise. Water from the lake when accessible, 100m lower down. Very beautiful view of Grenoble, Vercors and Chartreuse.
