Close to the variant of the Tour du Beaufortain, between Le Chatelard and La Vieille Cave.
It is a simple wooden cabin, very poorly insulated, without a stove or chimney, no sleeping platforms but with a formica table, 2 chairs, a bench (see photo). I do not remember seeing a broom there. It is clean, empty bottles are in 2 cardboard boxes. In case of heavy rain/snow, it is possible to sleep on the floor (sort of cement) or to take shelter. It is better in any case than the Cave, a dirty and very damp cabin, which I think is used by a farmer to store various odds and ends. There is water nearby (10 meters), it is a plastic pipe coming out of the ground, the exact origin of the water and whether it is drinkable are unknown.
