From the bend at 1170 m (beyond which access is prohibited) on the forest track starting at Fort de MontPerché via Aiton. After 20 minutes on a fairly steep track, you reach the clearing where the cabin is clearly visible.

Basic water source nearby, a table, benches, sleeping places on the upper floor in the hay. Key available on the front door. In January 2011, the stove was reported as unusable.
