Access

Near the Col Clapier, on the Franco-Italian border. Inaugurated on 25 September 2014. The bivouac is not visible when arriving via the Vallon de Savine, nor from the Col Clapier when on the trail. It can be seen clearly when arriving from [->3712] before reaching the hollow at the foot of the Col Clapier. When arriving via the Vallon de Savine, two trails have been marked: shortly before reaching the Col Clapier, a right-hand fork indicates "Bivouac 500m" (bivouac not visible), the trail is poorly marked and may not be easy to follow at night. After the Col Clapier, if you continue southwest towards [->3712], the bivouac will be visible on the right on a rocky outcrop before reaching a fork that indicates "Bivouac 10mn" (5 minutes will suffice ...), a cairned trail leads to the bivouac (useful at night ...). There is a night light at the entrance to the bivouac (Italian side).
