From the village of Morgue, a balcony path leads to the hamlet of Licony. Ascent through alpine pasture by the lake, then the Licony pass, followed by a fairly steep snowfield. The hut is located near the summit of Pointe de Licony.
Recent hut (2006). 12 sleeping places: mattresses, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. Table, benches, kitchenette with gas stove without bottles. Water collected by tarps in tanks, otherwise snowfield at the start of the season, otherwise none before the lake.
