The Cabane de la Tsa is a guarded mountain hut located in the Valais region, managed by Diana Tipoia. It is open from late June to mid-September.

At the end of Arolla, you must cross the Borgne and take a path that passes through Les Places and ascends through grass and scree to La Tsa. The hut is on a promontory precisely marked 2607 m on the 1:25000 map sheet 1347 "Matterhorn", to the NE of the place named. Allow 3 hours.
The hut is relatively recent (1975), low on stilts, with photos available here: www.transpiree.ch/randos/2007-09-29_CabaneTsa/rando.php Outside of the guardian's presence, there are 6 places remaining in the winter room. Cooking is possible when the guardian is absent, with autonomous lighting and an emergency telephone available, even though mobile network coverage is found 2-3 minutes from the hut.
