From the parking lot at Les Trois Fontaines (Pommiers-la-Placette), take the trail marked in yellow leading up to [->2714]. After crossing this ledge, leave the right-hand path leading to Charminelle and continue straight ahead. After a few minutes, look carefully for a small cairn on the right side of the path indicating a footpath. It descends rapidly to the hut. If you miss this footpath (which can happen), a little further on you will find another access point marked by a cairn on a cut log and a yellow circle on a low rock. Then descend an old path and quickly turn right onto a trail leading to the hut. In any case, if you reach the intersection of Combe des Veaux (signpost), you have gone too far. Stove (but out of order --- smokes the hut), table, benches, shelf with cooking utensils, 2 bunks and an upper level for sleeping. Wood storage room. Mobile network: no Orange signal, or only for emergencies on a dedicated number. However, by descending 20 m below, SFR signal (4G 2 bars).
