From Vecoux: head towards Chaudefontaine but before reaching it, turn right towards Pré Noël but again, before reaching it (it will be on the left), continue by turning sharply right. You will arrive at elevation 643 below the Cucherons. Up to that point the path was paved. There, a Vosges Club sign will indicate the direction to an orientation table, located on a tumulus, 15 minutes away. I parked there. A little before, on the right, there is a calvary at the edge of a red ring path (indicating a circuit of less than 3 hours). This path leads to the Chalet de la Roulotte; after the roulotte, continue on this path until it meets the green ring path. The Chalet de la Charmotte is nearby.
