From Lake Combal (Italy), take the trail that rises in the moraine and on the Miage glacier in its middle. Upon reaching the foot of a rocky outcrop and the grey needles, turn right to join an equipped trail and the rocky bar where the hut is built. Approximately 4h30.
Guarded from early July to early September, weekends in May and June upon request. Winter refuge with 8 places. On the Italian normal route of Mont Blanc known as the "Aiguilles Grises".
